Dans le cadre de votre formation Bac + 3 ou 4 (Master Tourisme, Management des organisations, École de commerce, Licence Hôtellerie de plein air…), vous recherchez une alternance à forte valeur ajoutée ?
Notre camping,  Yelloh! Village Le Pré Catalan, vous propose d’intégrer une équipe passionnée et de participer activement à la gestion d’une structure touristique.

Description du poste

     Accueillir et accompagner les clients (arrivées / départs, informations, gestion des demandes)

     Réception et accueil des clients (physique et téléphonique)
     Gestion des réservations et du planning des hébergements
     Participation à la comptabilité courante : suivi des règlements, saisie de pièces, préparation des documents comptables
     Suivi des stocks, commandes fournisseurs
     Appui à l’organisation de la saison (préparation des arrivées, suivi des départs, gestion des litiges simples)
     Contribution à la communication (réseaux sociaux, e-mails clients, affichage)

Profil recherché

  • Vous préparez un Bac +3 ou 4 dans le domaine du tourisme, hôtellerie,  l’hôtellerie de plein air, comptabilité ou de la gestion

  • Vous êtes motivé(e), souriant(e) et avez le sens du service

  • Vous avez déjà  une ou plusieurs saisons d'expérience dans le tourisme (réception client, hotel, camping, résidence de tourisme...)

  • Vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle et appréciez le travail en équipe

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (pack Office, logiciel de réservation : un plus)

  • La maîtrise d’une langue étrangère (anglais, espagnol, néerlandais, allemand…)
