Description du poste

Missions principales :

  • Encadrer et coordonner l’équipe de ménage (femmes/valets de chambre, agents d’entretien).

  • Planifier et contrôler le nettoyage des hébergements, des sanitaires et des espaces communs.

  • Garantir la qualité, la propreté et la présentation du site selon les standards Yelloh! Village.

  • Gérer les stocks de produits d’entretien et le linge (inventaire, commandes, suivi).

  • Former, motiver et accompagner les équipes saisonnières.

  • Collaborer avec la direction et le service technique pour signaler anomalies ou besoins de maintenance.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en hôtellerie de plein air, hôtellerie ou restauration.

  • Esprit d’équipe, sens du détail et excellentes capacités d’organisation.

  • Leadership et aisance relationnelle.

  • Maîtrise du français ; anglais apprécié.

  • Disponibilité, rigueur et réactivité pendant la saison estivale.
