Le camping Brasilia  possède 700 emplacements avec une clientèle majoritairement internationale.

 

Classé chaque année comme l'un des meilleurs hôtel de plein air d'Europe, il dispose de plusieurs point de vente en restauration.

Pizzaiolo

 

Vous êtes capable de prendre en charge l'activité pizza de notre traiteur : pétrissage, pointage, garnissage, cuisson.

 

Vous travaillerez, sous l'autorité d'un chef de cuisine.

 

Vous aurez un jour de repos par semaine toute la saison, horaires 15h-21h.

 

Vous veillez en permanence à la propreté et au respect des règles d'hygiène , de sécurité et procédures HACCP.

Profil recherché

- 1 saison minimum obligatoire en tant que pizzaiolo.

- Ce poste impose rapidité, organisation et propreté.

- Nettoyage de l'espace pizza

- Vérification des denrées et gestion des stocks

 

Salaire à définir en fonction de l'expérience

Contrat d'août au 30 Septembre.
