Le Camping Le Pré Lombard, camping familial accueillant une clientèle française et internationale, recherche un(e) réceptionniste pour la saison estivale 2026.

Missions principales

  • Accueil des clients (physique, téléphonique et e-mail)

  • Gestion des arrivées et des départs

  • Suivi et traitement des demandes clients durant le séjour

  • Gestion du standard téléphonique

  • Résolution des problématiques clients

  • Organisation et optimisation des tâches de réception

  • Coordination et bonne communication avec les équipes d’entretien et de technique

  • Gestion ponctuelle de l’épicerie attenante

  • Promotion de la région et des activités locales

  • Transmission de l’ambiance, des valeurs et de l’organisation du camping aux clients

Profil recherché

  • Anglais courant obligatoire

  • Une troisième langue appréciée : néerlandais, espagnol ou allemand

  • Très bon sens du relationnel et goût du contact client

  • Personne organisée, autonome et réactive

  • Capacité à s’exprimer clairement à l’oral comme à l’écrit

  • Aisance dans la gestion des imprévus

  • Intérêt pour la région et le tourisme local

  • Une première expérience en accueil, tourisme ou hôtellerie est un plus
