Situé en Dordogne, niché au coeur des vignes le Yelloh! Village Pomport Beach**** est ouvert de Mai à Septembre. 

Notre site dispose de 116 locatifs et 92 emplacements de camping sur 12 hectares. Nous proposons des infrastructures de qualité: un lac de baignade, un parc aquatique, un wakepark, un bar-restaurant, ... L'été nous offrons également de l'animation pour divertir nos vacanciers.

 

Description du poste

  • Vous concevez, organisez et planifiez le programme d’animations (journées & soirées)
  • Vous encadrez, formez et motivez l’équipe d’animation
  • Vous animez les activités (sportives, ludiques, soirées)
  • Vous assurez la qualité et la diversité des animations proposées
  • Vous proposerez des animations pour toute la famille.
  • Vous serez en charge de la sécurité sur vos activités et vous assurerez de leur bon déroulement.
  • Vous serez un vecteur de bonne humeur et saurez aller à la rencontre de tous nos vacanciers.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en animation touristique ou hôtellerie de plein air
  • BAFA – BPJEPS APT / LPT – Licence STAPS – SB – BNSSA –PSC1
  • Maîtrise du sport en général (connaissance des règles et des conditions de sécurité)
  • Première expérience en management d’équipe appréciée
  • Organisé(e), sociable, souriant(e), volontaire et dynamique
  • Capacité à travailler à des horaires variables
  • Excellent relationnel et sens du service client
  • Polyvalence (animation, gestion, coordination)
  • Bonne présentation et esprit d’équipe
  • Bon niveau d’Anglais

 

Salaire selon la grille de la convention collective, à partir de 1890€.
