Description du poste

Assister la Responsable de Réception dans la gestion quotidienne du service, garantir in accueil client irréprochable, coordonner les équipes de réception et veiller au respect des standarts de qualité et de la promesse client Sylvamar .

Profil recherché

Compétences techniques : 

  • Maîtrise des outils de réservation et de gestion hôtelière
  • Maîtrise de l'Espagnol et de l'Anglais indispensable
  • Connaissance du sectieur de l'hôtellerie de plein air 

Savoir être :

  • Sens du service client et de l'écoute
  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
  • Leadership bienceillant et esprit d'équipe
  • Réactivité et gestion du stress
