L’accueil du client est une priorité pour notre camping. Dès la réservation du client jusqu’à son arrivée au camping, tout est mis en place pour un accueil privilégié grâce à nos équipes souriantes, polyglottes et dynamiques.

Description du poste

  • Veillez à la qualité de l’accueil et au respect des procédures
  • Encaissement, facturation
  • Gérer les situations d'urgence et les réclamations des clients
  • Traductions anglais et allemand
  • Gérer le planning des hébergements

Profil recherché

Vous venez d'une Formation Bac+2 ou équivalent Tourisme, vous avez une capacité d'adaptation, vous êtes curieux/curieuse et vous avez le sens de l'organisation. Vous parlez couramment la langue anglaise et allemand d'un niveau minimum C2/C1 selon CECRL.
