Description du poste

Vos missions : Sous la responsabilité de notre responsable des commerces

Faire du bar un lieu incontournable des vacances :

  • Gérer le bar de A à Z : organisation, stocks, commandes et hygiène 
  • Encadrer, former et motiver l’équipe bar (5/6 personnes) 🍻
  • Préparer et servir cocktails et boissons 
  • Veiller aux facturations et aux encaissements.
  • Garantir une ambiance chaleureuse et festive en journée comme en soirée
  • Assurer un service client irréprochable
  • Participer aux soirées et animations du camping

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en bar/restauration (poste à responsabilités apprécié)
  • Leadership naturel et sens de l’organisation
  • À l’aise derrière le bar comme dans la gestion d’équipe
  • Rapide, rigoureux(se) et toujours de bonne humeur 😄
  • Connaissance des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Sens du service client et esprit d’équipe indispensables
  • Vous faites preuve d’amabilité, de diplomatie, de discrétion, et avez le gout du contact et le sens commercial.
