Description du poste

Missions principales :

  • Préparation des ingrédients : Laver, éplucher, couper les légumes et fruits, préparer les viandes et poissons selon les instructions.
  • Assistance culinaire : Aider à la cuisson, au dressage des assiettes, et suivre les indications des cuisiniers.
  • Nettoyage et entretien : Assurer la propreté des postes de travail, des ustensiles, des équipements et de la cuisine en général. Gérer la plonge.
  • Gestion des stocks (basique) : Participer à la réception des livraisons et au rangement des produits.

 

Conditions de travail :

  • Travail debout et parfois dans un environnement chaud.
  • Horaires variables, incluant les soirs, week-ends et jours fériés.

Ce poste est idéal pour quelqu'un qui souhaite débuter dans le monde de la restauration et acquérir une première expérience significative en cuisine.

Poste Logé en Mobil home partagé en chambre individuel.
