Description du poste

L’accueil du client est une priorité pour notre camping. Dès la réservation du client et jusqu’à son arrivée au camping, tout est mis en place pour un accueil privilégié grâce à nos équipes souriantes, polyglottes et dynamiques.

Notre mission : se mettre au service des client afin de leur faire passer des vacances inoubliables.

Profil recherché

🔑 Vos Missions Principales

En tant que pilier de l'accueil, vos responsabilités incluront :

  • L'Accueil Client : Prise en charge des arrivées et départs (check-in/check-out) et accompagnement des vacanciers tout au long de leur séjour.
  • La Facturation : Gestion des encaissements, des caisses, et suivi administratif des dossiers clients.
  • L'Information Touristique : Renseignements précis et personnalisés sur les activités, les événements locaux et les sites touristiques de la région.
  • La Communication : Gestion du standard téléphonique, des emails et coordination des informations avec les autres services du camping.

📝 Votre Profil

·         Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire (réception d'hôtel, camping, ou tourisme).

·         Langues : Anglais courant exigé (une autre langue étrangère serait un atout).

·         Qualités :

o    Excellent sens du service et du relationnel.

o    Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.

o    Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et idéalement d'un logiciel de gestion hôtelière/camping.
