Description du poste

L’accueil du client est une priorité pour notre camping. Dès la réservation du client et jusqu’à son arrivée au camping, tout est mis en place pour un accueil privilégié grâce à nos équipes.

Notre mission : se mettre au service des client afin de leur faire passer des vacances inoubliables.

Profil recherché

  • Accueil des clients, check in, check out.
  • Veillez à la qualité de l’accueil et au respect des procédures
  • Assurer une relation client de qualité auprès d’une clientèle internationale.
  • Encaissement, facturation
  • Etre en mesure de renseigner la clientèle sur les prestations proposées par l’établissement, et les activités extérieures au camping.
