Yelloh ! Village La Plage du Dramont, camping 4 étoiles les pieds dans l'eau, se situe dans le Var à Saint Raphaël. Vous profiterez d'un cadre de travail exceptionnel avec une vue sur l'Ile d'Or et la mer Méditerrannée dans un camping familial à taille humaine (nous disposons de 240 mobil-homes et de 116 emplacements).

Description du poste

L’accueil du client est une priorité pour notre camping. Dès la réservation du client et jusqu’à son arrivée au camping, tout est mis en place pour un accueil privilégié grâce à nos équipes.

Notre mission : se mettre au service des clients afin de leur faire passer des vacances inoubliables.

 

Vous serez en charge de :

  • l'accueil des clients (check in, check out),
  • la qualité de l’accueil et du respect des procédures,
  • d'une clientèle internationale,
  • des encaissements et des facturations clients,
  • et vous devrez être en mesure de renseigner la clientèle sur les prestations proposées par l’établissement, et les activités extérieures au camping.

Vous serez formé(e). 

 

Petit plus : vous bénéficierez de paniers repas (7.40€ nets par jour travaillé).

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons 1 personne (à partir du 01/07 jusqu'au 15/09 ou 30/09):

  • dynamique et souriante,
  • polyvalente,
  • ayant un bon relationnel,
  • avec une expérience appréciée dans un camping,
  • qui a un bon (ou très bon) niveau en allemand,
  • la connaissance du logiciel E-Season serait un plus !
